🔴 "بن غفير" يواصل حرب الإبادة داخل السجون الإسرائيلية ويدعو إلى قتل الأسرى الفلسطينيين وتعذيبهم

أكّد نادي الأسير الفلسطيني أنّ الوزير الإسرائيلي الفاشي إيتمار بن غفير يواصل تحريضه العلني على استمرار سياسة الإبادة الممنهجة داخل السجون الإسرائيلية، من خلال دعواته المتكرّرة إلى قتل الأسرى الفلسطينيين وتعذيبهم، والتي يُروّج لذلك عبر منصّات التواصل الاجتماعي، مستعينًا بماكنة إعلامية تشكّل أحد الأذرع الرئيسية لمنظومة التوحّش الإسرائيلية.

وأوضح نادي الأسير أنّ هذه الدعوات التحريضية تتزامن مع تحرّكات تشريعية خطيرة داخل الكنيست، تهدف إلى إقرار قانون لإعدام الأسرى الفلسطينيين، وإنشاء محكمة استثنائية خالية من أي ضمانات قضائية، لمحاكمة أسرى من قطاع غزة.

 وأشار إلى أنّ هذه المسارات القانونية، التي بدأت بمصادقات تمهيدية، تمثّل تحولًا خطيرًا نحو شرعنة الجرائم بحقّ الأسرى وتحويل القتل والإعدام إلى ممارسات تستند إلى غطاء قانوني.

وبيّن النادي أنّ شهادات التي قدّمها الأسرى الفلسطينيون الذين أُفرج عنهم بعد انتهاء محكومياتهم أو في إطار الصفقة الأخيرة، تكشف عن مستوى غير مسبوق من التوحّش والجرائم التي ارتكبت بحقّهم خلال عمليات الاعتقال أو أثناء احتجازهم، لا سيما منذ بدء حرب الإبادة. وشدّد على أنّ ما رواه الأسرى وما أظهرته جثامين الشهداء الذين جرى تسليمهم مؤخرًا، من فظائع وعمليات إعدام ميدانية ممنهجة بحقّ معتقلي غزة، يستدعي فتح تحقيق دولي عاجل ومستقل في هذه الجرائم، استنادًا إلى الأدلة والشواهد المتوفّرة.

وأشار نادي الأسير إلى أنّ سياسة الإبادة مستمرة داخل السجون، وأنّ أحزاب اليمين المتطرّف في دولة الاحتلال توظّف قضية الأسرى كأداة للتحريض والدعاية الانتخابية، إذ تتنافس القيادات اليمينية في كل موسم انتخابي على إظهار المزيد من القسوة والوحشية تجاه الأسرى الفلسطينيين. وأكّد النادي أنّ هذا النهج ليس سلوكًا عارضًا بل سياسة متجذّرة في بنية النظام الاحتلالي وممارساته منذ عقود.

وجدّد نادي الأسير، ومعه المؤسسات المختصة، تأكيده على أنّ ما يجري في السجون الإسرائيلية يشكّل امتدادًا لحرب الإبادة الجماعية، وأنّ الأرقام المعلنة عن الشهداء بين صفوف الأسرى لا تعكس سوى جزء يسير من حجم الجرائم والانتهاكات، بما في ذلك التعذيب الجسدي والنفسي، والتجويع، والحرمان من العلاج، والإذلال، والاعتداءات الجنسية، بما في ذلك الاغتصاب.

ودعا نادي الأسير المجتمع الدولي إلى تشكيل لجنة تحقيق دولية مستقلة وشاملة في الجرائم المرتكبة بحق الأسرى الفلسطينيين، بما في ذلك القتل العمد والإعدامات الميدانية، التي تندرج في إطار جرائم الإبادة الجماعية. كما طالب اللجنة الدولية للصليب الأحمر باستئناف زياراتها إلى السجون فورًا، والضغط على سلطات الاحتلال للسماح لعائلات الأسرى بزيارة أبنائهم دون قيود.

وأشار النادي في ختام بيانه إلى أنّه، رغم تنفيذ الصفقة الأخيرة، لا يزال أكثر من 9100 أسير فلسطيني رهن الاعتقال في سجون الاحتلال، إضافة إلى مئات المحتجزين في معسكرات تابعة لجيش الاحتلال الإسرائيلي.

Ramallah, Occupied Palestine – Top officials of the Israeli occupation – including the so-called National Security minister Itamar Ben-Gvir, who also heads the prison services, continue to incite against Palestinian political detainees, and impose a systematic policy of murder, torture and genocide behind bars, the Palestinian Prisoner’s Society (PPS) said today. 

The PPS explained that this incitement is taking place in parallel with dangerous legislative moves inside the Knesset – or the occupation’s parliament - aimed at passing a law to execute Palestinian prisoners. There are also moves to establish a special court devoid of any judicial guarantees to try prisoners from the Gaza Strip in particularly. These legal efforts, which have already received preliminary approvals, represent a dangerous shift toward legitimizing crimes against prisoners and turning killing and executions into practices backed by legality.

The PPS added that testimonies provided by Palestinian prisoners released after completing their sentences, or through the latest exchange deal, reveal an unprecedented level of brutality and crimes committed against them during arrests or detention—especially since the beginning of the genocide in Gaza. It emphasized that what the prisoners recounted, along with the bodies of martyrs recently returned showing signs of systematic field executions of detainees from Gaza, requires an urgent and independent international investigation into these crimes based on the available evidence and documentation.

The PPS noted that far-right parties in the occupation’s “state” are exploiting Palestinian prisoners as a tool for incitement and electoral propaganda. Right-wing leaders compete during every election cycle to demonstrate greater cruelty and savagery toward Palestinian prisoners. The PPS affirmed that this approach is not isolated behavior but a deeply-rooted policy in the structure and foundation of the Zionist regime.

The PPS, together with relevant institutions, reiterated that what is happening in Israeli prisons is an extension of the genocide, and that the officially announced numbers of martyred prisoners reflect only a small part of the scale of crimes and violations — including physical and psychological torture, starvation, denial of medical treatment, humiliation, and sexual assault including rape.

The PPS called on the international community to establish an independent and comprehensive international investigation committee into the crimes committed against Palestinian prisoners, including deliberate killings and field executions, which fall under the category of crimes of genocide. It also called on the International Committee of the Red Cross to immediately resume its visits to prisons and pressure the occupation authorities to allow the families of prisoners to visit their loved ones without restrictions.

Despite the recent prisoner-exchange deal, more than 9,100 Palestinian political prisoners remain behind bars, in addition to hundreds of others held in military camps run by the occupation army outside the central prison services system.
