🔴 تعقيبًا على جريمة إعدام شابين في جنين اليوم

رام الله – نادي الأسير الفلسطيني:
قال رئيس نادي الأسير الفلسطيني، عبد الله الزغاري، إن جريمة إعدام الشابين المنتصر بالله عبد الله ويوسف علي عصاعصة مساء اليوم في جنين، ترتقي إلى جريمة حرب وجريمة ضد الإنسانية، وتندرج ضمن حرب الإبادة المتواصلة بحق شعبنا، وتلخّص نهج الاحتلال التاريخي في ممارسته لعمليات الإعدام "خارج نطاق القانون".

وأوضح الزغاري أن هذه الجريمة تندرج ضمن سياسة ممنهجة ومتصاعدة من أعمال الإعدام التي تُمارسها قوات الاحتلال، والتي تترافق مع مساعٍ تشريعية في دولة الاحتلال لسنّ قانون يسمح بتنفيذ عقوبة الإعدام بحق الأسرى الفلسطينيين. وشدّد على أن هذه الممارسات تؤكد أن سلطات الاحتلال لا تحتاج إلى أي إطار تشريعي إضافي لتنفيذ عمليات القتل، بما فيها الاغتيالات، والإعدامات الميدانية، والإعدام البطيء داخل السجون، إذ أن هذه الانتهاكات تُرتكب منذ عقود بشكل ممنهج.

وأوضح الزغاري، إن تصاعدًا غير مسبوقاً وثقته المؤسسات منذ حرب الإبادة، في تعمد قوات الاحتلال بتنفيذ عمليات عدام بحق مواطنين أثناء محاولة اعتقالهم، وهنا نجدد مطالبتنا للمنظومة الحقوقية الدولية أنّ تخرج من حالة العجز التي طالت دورها بعد حرب الإبادة بشكل غير مسبوق، ووضع حد للحالة الاستثناء التي منحتها دول كبرى وعلى رأسها الولايات المتحدة لدولة الاحتلال. 

وأضاف الزغاري أن التصريحات الصادرة عن وزير الأمن القومي في دولة الاحتلال، "إيتمار بن غفير"، والتي تضمّنت تأييدًا صريحًا للجريمة، تمثّل دليلًا إضافيًا على تورّط أعلى مستويات السلطة في التحريض على القتل والإبادة، وعلى تبنّي سياسة رسمية تقوم على التطهير العرقي وإلحاق الأذى الجسيم والمتعمّد بالفلسطينيين. 

وأشار الزغاري إلى أن الشابين اللذين جرى إعدامهما هما أسيران سابقان تعرّضا للاعتقال من قبل قوات الاحتلال، وأن أحدهما شقيق شهيد الحركة الأسيرة خالد عبد الله، الذي تُوفّي في سجون الاحتلال في مارس الماضي.

🔴 Palestinian Prisoner’s Society: Execution of Two Palestinian Men in Jenin A War Crime

Ramallah, occupied Palestine – The head of the Palestinian Prisoners’ Society, Abdullah Al-Zighari said Thursday that the execution of the two young men, Muntasir Abdullah and Yousif Ali Asa’sa, by occupation soldiers this evening in Jenin city in the northern West Bank amounts to a war crime and a crime against humanity. He said it falls within the ongoing genocide against our people, which reflects the historical approach of the occupation in carrying out “extrajudicial executions.”

Al-Zighari explained that this crime is part of a systematic and escalating policy of executions carried out by the occupation forces, which coincides with legislative efforts in the occupying state to pass a law allowing the implementation of the death penalty against Palestinian prisoners.

He stressed that these practices confirm that occupation authorities do not need any additional legislative framework to carry out killings — including assassinations, field executions, and slow death inside prisons — as these violations have been systematically committed for decades and even more so since the genocide.

Al-Zighari stated that institutions have documented an unprecedented increase of such executions over the past two years, in which occupation forces deliberately carry out executions of civilians while claiming an attempt to arrest them.

Palestinian prisoner group renew their call for the international human rights system to break out of the state of paralysis that has afflicted its role in an unprecedented manner, and to put an end to the exceptional status granted by major powers — foremost among them the United States — to the occupying state.

Al-Zighari added that the statements issued by the occupying state’s National Security Minister, Itamar Ben-Gvir, which included explicit support for the crime, represent further evidence of the involvement of the highest levels of authority in incitement to killing and genocide, and in adopting an official policy based on ethnic cleansing and inflicting severe and deliberate harm on Palestinians.

He noted that the two young men who were executed were former prisoners who had previously been arrested by the occupation forces, and that one of them is the brother of Khaled Abdullah, a martyr of the prisoners’ movement who was killed in the occupation’s prisons last March.
