🔴 نادي الأسير: الاحتلال يواصل التّصعيد من عمليات الاعتقال بحق المواطنين وتنفيذ المزيد من الجرائم الممنهجة

📌 نحو 21 ألف حالة اعتقال في الضّفة بما فيها القدس بعد حرب الإبادة

رام الله - قال نادي الأسير الفلسطيني، إنّ سلطات الاحتلال الإسرائيليّ، تواصل التّصعيد من عمليات الاعتقال الممنهجة بشكلٍ غير مسبوق بعد حرب الإبادة، والتي طالت نحو (21 ألف) حالة اعتقال من الضّفة بما فيها القدس، إلى جانب الآلاف من أبناء شعبنا في غزة، كما وتواصل تنفيذ المزيد من الجرائم الممنهجة بحقّ المعتقلين وعائلاتهم، والتي تشكل امتدادا لحرب الإبادة. 

وأضاف نادي الأسير، أنّ الأرقام المتعلقة بعمليات الاعتقال اليومية، لا تعكس فقط التصاعد في الأعداد، وإنما في مستوى الجرائم التي ترافقها، وأبرزها عمليات الإعدام الميداني التي ينتهجها جيش الاحتلال، والتي تترافق مع مساعٍ تشريعية في دولة الاحتلال لسنّ قانون يسمح بتنفيذ عقوبة الإعدام بحق الأسرى الفلسطينيين.

وفي ضوء المتابعة اليومية لحالات الاعتقال ما بعد حرب الإبادة، فإننا نؤكّد مجددًا على أنّ كل جرائم الاحتلال الراهنّة، تشكّل امتدادًا لنهج الاحتلال القائم منذ عقود طويلة لاستهداف الوجود الفلسطيني، وفرض المزيد من أدوات القمع والسيطرة والرقابة، إلا أنّ المتغير الوحيد منذ بدء حرب الإبادة يتمثل بمستوى كثافة الجرائم، سواء الجرائم المرافقة لعمليات الاعتقال، أو الجرائم بحق الأسرى داخل السجون والمعسكرات.

ومن الجدير ذكره أنّ سلطات الاحتلال الإسرائيليّ، أقدمت على تفجير منزلي الأسيرين عبد الكريم صنوبر، وأيمن غنام فجر اليوم، علماً أنّ عمليات تفجير منازل عائلات الأسرى، ما هي إلا جزء من محاولة الاحتلال المستمرة، في استهداف الوجود الفلسطيني، وعمليات المحو الممنهجة والتي شكلت وما تزال أداة مركزية لتنفيذ جريمة (الانتقام الجماعي)، والتي تصاعدت بشكلٍ غير مسبوق منذ بدء حرب الإبادة.

🔴 Palestinian Prisoner’s Society: Occupation Continues Mass Arrests and Systematic Crimes Against Detainees

 Nearly 21,000 Arrests in Occupied West Bank and Jerusalem Since Gaza Genocide Began

Ramallah, occupied Palestine – The Palestinian Prisoner’s Society stated that Israeli occupation authorities are continuing an unprecedented escalation of mass arbitrary arrests following the start of the genocide in Gaza, with nearly 21,000 arrests in the occupied West Bank and Jerusalem, in addition to thousands of Palestinians in Gaza.

They are also continuing to perpetrate further systematic crimes against detainees and their families, which constitute an extension of the genocide.

The Prisoner’s Society added that the figures related to daily arrests not only reflect the increase in numbers but also the level of crimes accompanying them, most notably the extrajudicial killings carried out by the occupation army. These killings are accompanied by legislative efforts in the occupying state to enact a law allowing the execution of Palestinian political prisoners.

In light of the daily monitoring of arrests following the start of the genocide, we reiterate that all current occupation crimes are an extension of the decades-long occupation policy of targeting the Palestinian presence and imposing further tools of repression, control, and surveillance. The only change since the start of the genocide is the increased intensity of these crimes, whether those committed during arrests or those perpetrated against prisoners inside prisons and detention centers.

It is worth noting that the Israeli occupation authorities demolished the homes of prisoners Abdelkarim Snobar and Ayman Ghanem at dawn today. The demolition of prisoners' families' homes is only one part of the occupation's ongoing attempt to target the Palestinian presence and its systematic erasure operations, which have been and remain a central tool for carrying out the crime of collective punishment. This has escalated to unprecedented levels since the start of the genocide.
