🔴 الاحتلال الإسرائيلي يواصل إبادته للأسرى والمعتقلين عبر عمليات إعدام بطيء ممنهجة

رام الله – أبلغت الهيئة العامة للشؤون المدنية كلاً من هيئة شؤون الأسرى والمحررين ونادي الأسير الفلسطيني، باستشهاد المعتقل عبد الرحمن سفيان محمد السباتين (21 عاماً)، من بلدة حوسان/بيت لحم، في مستشفى "شعاري تسيدك" الإسرائيليّ، الليلة الماضية. وكان المعتقل السباتين قد اعتُقل منذ 24/6/2025 وما يزال موقوفاً. يُذكر أنّ جلسة محكمة عقدت له بتاريخ 25/11/2025، ولم تُظهر حالته خلال الجلسة – كما أكدت عائلته التي كانت حاضرة – أي علامات تدل على معاناة صحية خطيرة، رغم أنه كان قد أصيب إصابة خطيرة في البطن قبل عام على اعتقاله، ولاحقاً استقر وضعه. 

واضافت المؤسستان إلى أن جريمة قتل السابتين تضاف إلى سجل جرائم القتل البطيء التي ينتهجها الاحتلال بحقّ الأسرى والمعتقلين، وإلى سلسلة عمليات الإعدام الميداني الممنهجة التي تشكل جزءاً أساسياً من حرب الإبادة المستمرة بحقّ شعبنا.

ومع استشهاد السباتين، تؤكّد المؤسسات أن أعداد شهداء الحركة الأسيرة منذ بدء حرب الإبادة – وفقاً للمعطيات الحديثة الصادرة عن منظمات حقوقية، بينها منظمات “إسرائيلية” – تجاوزت المئة شهيد، وهو رقم غير نهائي. وقد أعلنت المؤسسات عن هويات (85) منهم، فيما لا يزال العشرات من معتقلي غزة الشهداء رهن الإخفاء القسري، إلى جانب عشرات المعتقلين الذين جرى إعدامهم ميدانياً. وبذلك تشكّل هذه المرحلة الأكثر دموية في تاريخ الحركة الفلسطينية الأسيرة، وليرتفع عدد شهدائها منذ عام 1967 (ممن تمت معرفة هوياتهم) إلى (322) شهيداً.

وأكدت الهيئة ونادي الأسير أن استشهاد السباتين يأتي في ظل السعي المتسارع للاحتلال نحو إقرار قانون إعدام الأسرى، وفي ظل تصاعد المعطيات الصادمة التي كشفتها منظمات حقوقية – بعضها “إسرائيلية” – حول أعداد من قتلهم الاحتلال داخل السجون والمعسكرات منذ بدء حرب الإبادة.

 كما أظهرت اعترافات صادرة عن مؤسسات الاحتلال ارتفاعاً حاداً في أعداد الشهداء داخل السجون منذ تولّي الوزير الفاشي "بن غفير" ما يسمى بوزارة الأمن القومي، والذي دأب منذ ما قبل الحرب على استهداف الأسرى وقتل المزيد منهم وتجريدهم من الحد الأدنى من حقوقهم.

وأشارت المؤسستان إلى أنّ ما يجري في السجون تجاوز كل التعابير، إذ تعمل منظومة السجون وأجهزة الاحتلال، بما فيها الجهاز القضائي، على مأسسة واقع جديد بعد الحرب يقوم على تدمير الأسير جسدياً ونفسياً، عبر التعذيب، والتجويع، والحرمان من العلاج، والاعتداءات الجنسية بما فيها الاغتصاب، وتحويل الحقوق الأساسية للأسرى إلى أدوات قمع وتعذيب. هذا إضافة إلى الظروف المروّعة التي تسببت بانتشار الأمراض والأوبئة، وعلى رأسها مرض الجرب (السكابيوس) الذي تحوّل إلى أداة إضافية للتعذيب والقتل.

وشدّدت المؤسستان على أن التسارع غير المسبوق في استشهاد الأسرى يثبت أن منظومة السجون ماضية في تنفيذ عمليات قتل بطيء ممنهج، إذ لا يكاد يمرّ شهر دون ارتقاء شهيد أو أكثر داخل السجون. ولا يكتفي الاحتلال بقتل الأسرى، بل يواصل احتجاز جثامينهم، ويُمعن في الجريمة عبر “تحقيقات” شكلية يتواطأ فيها الجهاز القضائي لترسيخ سياسات تؤدي إلى إعدام الأسرى ببطء داخل السجون والمعسكرات.

ومع استمرار الجرائم اليومية داخل السجون، فإن أعداد الشهداء مرشّحة للارتفاع، في ظل احتجاز آلاف الأسرى في ظروف تفتقر إلى أدنى مقومات الحياة، وتعرّضهم لانتهاكات ممنهجة تشمل: التعذيب، التجويع، الاعتداءات الجسدية والجنسية، الجرائم الطبية، ونشر الأمراض المعدية وعلى رأسها مرض الجرب الذي عاد ليتفشى، فضلًا عن سياسات الحرمان والسلب غير المسبوقة في شدتها.

وأضافت المؤسستان أن الإعدامات الميدانية التي طالت العشرات من المعتقلين تؤكد الطابع الإجرامي لمنظومة الاحتلال، إذ كشفت صور جثامين الأسرى التي سُلّمت بعد وقف إطلاق النار الحجم الفظيع للجرائم الميدانية، إلى جانب معطيات خطيرة وغير معلنة حول أعداد من جرى إعدامهم.

وحملت هيئة شؤون الأسرى والمحررين ونادي الأسير الفلسطيني سلطات الاحتلال المسؤولية الكاملة عن استشهاد المعتقل السباتين، وجدّدتا دعوتهما إلى المنظومة الحقوقية الدولية لاتخاذ إجراءات فاعلة لمحاسبة قادة الاحتلال على جرائم الحرب المرتكبة بحق الأسرى والشعب الفلسطيني.

كما طالبت المؤسستان بفرض عقوبات دولية واضحة تعزل الاحتلال وتعيد للمنظومة الحقوقية الدولية دورها الأساس الذي أنشئت من أجله، وتنهي حالة العجز المروّعة التي أصابتها خلال حرب الإبادة، فضلًا عن إنهاء الحصانة التي ما زالت تتمتع بها “إسرائيل” بفعل دعم قوى دولية تتعامل معها ككيان فوق القانون والمساءلة.
يذكر أن عدد الأسرى في سجون الاحتلال بلغ أكثر من 9300، إلى جانب المئات من المعتقلين المحتجزين في المعسكرات التابعة لجيش الاحتلال، ومن ضمن الأسرى هناك أكثر من (50) أسيرة، ونحو (350) طفلاً.

Ramallah, occupied Palestine - Israeli occupation authorities have disclosed to Palestinian officials the martyrdom of 21-year-old political prisoner Abdulrahman Sabateen who lost his life while held at the Shaare Tzedek hospital in occupied Jerusalem. 

Sabateen was abducted on June 24, 2025 and - until his martyrdom - he had not been charged with any so-called offenses under the occupation’s draconian military law. He hailed from the village of Husan in Bethlehem in the southern occupied West Bank. 

The circumstances of his killing remain unclear as occupation authorities have imposed a complete information blackout and refuse to cooperate with local and international authorities. The Commission and the PPS hold the occupation fully responsible for his killing. 

It is worth noting that a court session was held for him on November 25, 2025, and his family, who attended, confirmed that his condition during the session showed no signs indicating health distress. Separately, he suffered a severe abdominal injury by the occupation army one year before his arrest.

With the martyrdom of Sabateen, the number of martyred Palestinian political prisoners has exceeded 100 people. Palestinian prisoner rights groups have been able to identify 85 of them while dozens of martyred detainees abducted from occupied Gaza remain forcibly disappeared along with dozens of detainees who were executed in the field. Since the occupation of 1967, the number of identified martyred political prisoners has risen to 322 people. 

The Commission and the PPS affirmed that al-Sabateen’s martyrdom comes amid the occupation’s accelerated drive toward approving a law for executing prisoners. There has also been a sharp rise in the number of martyrs inside prisons since the fascist minister “Ben-Gvir” assumed what is called the Ministry of National Security. 

The two institutions indicated that what is happening in the prisons goes beyond all description: the prison system and occupation apparatuses, including the judicial system, are working to institutionalize a new reality based on physically and psychologically destroying the prisoner—through torture, starvation, denial of medical treatment, and sexual assaults including rape—while turning the prisoners’ basic rights into tools of repression and torture. This is in addition to the horrific conditions that have caused the spread of diseases and epidemics, foremost among them scabies, which has become an additional tool for torture and killing.

The institutions stressed that the unprecedented acceleration in the martyrdom of prisoners proves that the prison system continues to carry out systematic slow-killing operations, as hardly a month passes without one or more prisoners being killed inside the prisons. The occupation does not stop at killing prisoners, but also continues to withhold their bodies, deepening the crime through “formal” investigations in which the judicial system colludes to reinforce policies that lead to slowly executing prisoners inside prisons and camps.

With the continuation of daily crimes inside the prisons, the number of martyrs is expected to rise, as thousands of prisoners are held in conditions lacking the minimum requirements of life and are exposed to systematic violations including: torture, starvation, physical and sexual assaults, medical crimes, and the spread of contagious diseases—foremost among them scabies, which has returned to spread—alongside unprecedentedly severe policies of deprivation and dispossession.

The field executions that targeted dozens of detainees confirm the criminal nature of the occupation system, as the images of detainees’ bodies returned after the ceasefire revealed the horrific extent of field crimes, along with serious and undisclosed data about the numbers of those who were executed.

The Commission and the PPS renewed their call on the international human rights system to take effective measures to hold occupation leaders accountable for war crimes committed against the prisoners and the Palestinian people.

They also called for imposing clear international sanctions that isolate the occupation and restore to the international human rights system its fundamental role for which it was established, ending the appalling state of helplessness that affected it during the genocide, as well as ending the immunity that “Israel” continues to enjoy due to the support of international powers that treat it as a body above law and accountability.

It is noted that the number of prisoners in the occupation’s prisons has exceeded 9,300 people, in addition to hundreds of detainees held in camps belonging to the occupation army. Among the prisoners are more than 50 women and around 350 children.
