🔴 بيان صادر عن هيئة شؤون الأسرى والمحررين ونادي الأسير الفلسطيني بشأن زيارة القائد الأسير مروان البرغوثي

رام الله _ بعد أن تمكّن محامي القائد الأسير مروان البرغوثي من إتمام زيارته يوم أمس، تؤكّد هيئة شؤون الأسرى والمحررين ونادي الأسير الفلسطيني أنّ ما تلقّته عائلة القائد البرغوثي مؤخراً عبر اتصال مجهول، والذي أفاد بتعرّضه لاعتداء وحشي داخل زنزانته، يندرج في إطار حربٍ نفسية وإرهابٍ ممنهج، وقد تبيّن بشكل قاطع أنّ هذه الادعاءات غير صحيحة.

وأوضحت الهيئة والنادي، أنّ القائد البرغوثي حضر إلى الزيارة، بحسب إفادة المحامي، وهو بحالة مستقرة وبكامل وعيه وقوته، رغم معاناته المستمرة من آثار الاعتداءات الجسدية التي تعرّض لها خلال الأشهر الماضية، ومن ظروف اعتقال قاهرة وقاسية داخل الزنازين، وفي مقدّمتها جريمة التجويع التي تخيّم على واقع الأسرى كافة. وبيّنت المؤسستان أنّ القائد البرغوثي تعرّض منذ بدء حرب الإبادة إلى سبع عمليات اعتداء وحشية، أسفرت عن إصابته بعدّة كسور في الأضلاع، كان آخرها في تاريخ 15/9/2025، وذلك بعد مرور شهر من اقتحام الوزير الفاشي "بن غفير" زنزانة القائد البرغوثي، وتهديده. 

ولفتت الهيئة والنادي إلى أنّ منظومة السجون التابعة للاحتلال لم تتوقّف عن استهداف جموع الأسرى والمعتقلين، وفي مقدّمتهم قيادات الحركة الأسيرة التي تخضع لعزلٍ انفرادي منذ أكثر من عامين، وتتعرّض لاعتداءات وحشية متكرّرة وممنهجة، في سياق محاولات واضحة لتصفية قيادات الحركة الأسيرة، بالتوازي مع تصاعد عمليات الإعدام البطيء بحقّ الأسرى، ورفع حكومة الاحتلال شعار التسريع في إقرار ما يُسمّى بقانون إعدام الأسرى.

وأضافت الهيئة والنادي أنّه، ومنذ اتفاق وقف إطلاق النار في شهر تشرين الأول/أكتوبر المنصرم، ورفض الاحتلال الإفراج عن مجموعة من قيادات الحركة الأسيرة، وفي مقدّمتهم القائد البرغوثي، شرعت مخابرات الاحتلال وإدارة السجون بتنفيذ حرب نفسية منظّمة، خاصة بحقّ القيادات، تمثّلت في تصعيد عمليات الإذلال والقهر، وتجديد العزل الانفرادي بحقّ عدد كبير منهم، إلى جانب تنفيذ اعتداءات متكرّرة بحقّهم.

وأشارت الهيئة والنادي إلى أنّ عمليات الاستهداف بحقّ قيادات الحركة الأسيرة تتركّز بشكل خاص خلال عمليات نقلهم بين أقسام العزل، وتحديداً بين سجن "جانوت – نفحة وريمون سابقاً" وزنازين سجن "مجدو"، وذلك على يد قوات "النحشون"، التي تُعدّ من أبرز الوحدات القمعية المسؤولة عن تنفيذ اعتداءات ممنهجة تهدف إلى قتل الأسرى، سواء خلال عمليات النقل من سجن إلى آخر، أو حتى خلال الساعات الأخيرة التي تسبق الإفراج عنهم، أثناء نقلهم عبر ما يُسمّى بعربة "البوسطة".
وفي هذا الإطار جددت هيئة الأسرى ونادي الأسير، مطالبتهما إلى المنظومة الدولية لاتخاذ إجراءات فاعلة منها محاسبة الاحتلال وقادته على الجرائم الممنهجة وغير المسبوقة التي تواصل ممارستها، في سياق حرب الإبادة وعمليات المحو الاستعمارية، ومنها الإبادة التي ترتكب بحقّ الأسرى والمعتقلين، عبر ممارستها لجرائم ترتقي إلى جرائم حرب، وجرائم ضد الإنسانية. 

يذكر أنّ عدد الأسرى في سجون الاحتلال الإسرائيليّ، بلغ نحو 9300.

🔴 Marwan Barghouti: Palestinian Prisoners Institutions Confirm Assault Allegations False

Statement Issued by the Commission of Detainees’ Affairs and the Palestinian Prisoner’s Society Following Lawyers’ Visit to Barghouti

Ramallah, occupied Palestine — After the lawyer of imprisoned Palestinian political leader Marwan Barghouti visited him on Monday, the Commission of Detainees’ Affairs and the Palestinian Prisoner’s Society (PPS) affirmed that the anonymous call recently received by Barghouti’s family—alleging that he had been brutally assaulted inside his cell—was part of a campaign of psychological warfare and systematic intimidation by the occupation. It has been definitively confirmed that these claims are false.

The Commission and the PPS clarified that, according to the lawyer, Barghouti attended the visit in a stable condition, fully conscious and with full strength, despite his ongoing suffering from the effects of physical assaults he endured over the past few months, as well as the harsh and oppressive conditions of detention inside the cells—foremost among them the crime of starvation that looms over the reality of all prisoners. The two institutions stated that since the start of the genocide in occupied Gaza, Barghouti has been subjected to seven brutal assaults, resulting in several fractured ribs, the most recent of which occurred on September 15, 2025, one month after the fascist minister “Itamar Ben-Gvir” stormed Barghouti’s cell and threatened him.

The Commission and the PPS noted that the occupation’s prison system has not ceased targeting prisoners, foremost among them political leaders, who have been held in solitary confinement for more than two years and subjected to repeated, systematic brutal physical assaults. This occurs within the context of clear attempts to kill the Palestinian leadership behind bars, in parallel with the escalation of slow-execution policies, and the occupation government’s push to expedite the passage of the “execution law”. 

Since the ceasefire agreement last October, and the occupation’s refusal to release a group of political leaders—foremost among them Barghouti—the occupation’s intelligence services and prison administration launched an organized psychological war, especially against leaders. This has taken the form of intensified humiliation and oppression, the renewal of solitary confinement for a large number of them, and the carrying out of repeated assaults against them.

The Commission and the PPS pointed out that targeting operations against imprisoned political leaders often take place during transfers between isolation sections, specifically between “Jannot – Nafha and Ramon (formerly)” Prison and the isolation cells of “Megiddo” Prison. These attacks are carried out by the “Nahshon” forces, considered among the most prominent repressive units responsible for systematic assaults aimed at killing prisoners—whether during transfers from one prison to another, or even during the final hours preceding their release, while transporting them in the so-called “Bosta” military vehicle.

In this context, the Commission and the PPS renew their call on the international community to take effective measures, including holding the occupation and its leaders accountable for the systematic and unprecedented crimes they continue to commit within the context of the genocide and settler-colonial erasure operations, including the genocide committed against Palestinian political prisoners through practices that amount to war crimes and crimes against humanity.

The number of Palestinian political prisoners in the Israeli occupation’s custody has reached approximately 9,300 people.
