🔴 الزغاري: إعلان الاحتلال بتجديد حالة الطوارئ في السجون يعني استمرار الإبادة بحق الأسرى وقتل المزيد منهم

رام الله _ قال رئيس نادي الأسير الفلسطيني عبد الله الزغاري إنّ قرار سلطات الاحتلال الإسرائيلي تجديد حالة الطوارئ في السجون يشكّل غطاءً رسميًا لاستمرار جريمة الإبادة الممنهجة بحقّ الأسرى والمعتقلين الفلسطينيين، من خلال ترسيخ منظومة من السياسات والممارسات التي تهدف إلى القتل البطيء والمتعمّد للأسرى، وإبقاء السجون ميدان مفتوح للتعذيب والتجويع، والجرائم الطبية، وممارسات السلب والحرمان، والانتهاك الجسيم والمنهجي للكرامة الإنسانية.

وأضاف الزغاري أنّ هذا القرار يعني التوسّع في قتل الأسرى داخل السجون، في ظلّ عجز بنيوي وممنهج للمنظومة الدولية لحقوق الإنسان عن الوفاء بالتزاماتها القانونية، وفشلها في اتخاذ تدابير رادعة تُلزم دولة الاحتلال بوقف سياسات التوحّش والعقاب الجماعي، بما في ذلك الجرائم الخطيرة المرتكبة بحقّ الأسرى الفلسطينيين.

وأشار الزغاري إلى أنّ الفترة التي تلت الإعلان عن “وقف إطلاق النار”، وبحسب عشرات الزيارات الميدانية التي نفّذتها الطواقم القانونية، وشهادات موثّقة لأسرى محرّرين، شهدت تصعيدًا غير مسبوق في عمليات القمع، واستخدام أسلحة محظورة في تعذيب الأسرى، من بينها أسلحة الصعق الكهربائي.

 كما أنّ استمرار سياسات السلب والحرمان، إلى جانب الاكتظاظ الحاد داخل الزنازين، والذي بلغ 91% وفق اعتراف سلطات الاحتلال نفسها، أدّى إلى تفشّي واسع لمرض الجرب (السكابيوس)، ما أسفر عن إصابة آلاف الأسرى، وتسبّب باستشهاد عدد منهم. 

وأكد الزغاري أنّ أكثر من مئة أسير ومعتقل فلسطيني قُتلوا داخل منظومة السجون منذ بدء جريمة الإبادة الجماعية، وتمكّنت المؤسسات الحقوقية من توثيق (87) حالة والإعلان عن هوياتهم، في حين لا يزال العشرات من شهداء معتقلي غزة محتجزين ضمن جريمة الإخفاء القسري، في انتهاك صارخ للقانون الدولي الإنساني واتفاقيات جنيف.

وجدد الزغاري مطالبته للمجتمع الدولي بـاتخاذ إجراءات فورية وملموسة، وفي مقدّمتها إلزام سلطات الاحتلال بالسماح للجنة الدولية للصليب الأحمر بزيارة الأسرى دون قيود، وتمكين عائلاتهم من الزيارة، إضافة إلى تفعيل آليات المساءلة الدولية كافة، بما فيها التحقيق والمحاسبة، من أجل وقف جريمة الإبادة المستمرة داخل السجون الإسرائيلية.

🔴 Palestinian Prisoner’s Society: Occupation’s Renewal of Emergency State in Prisons Dangerous Indicator of More Detainee Killings

Ramallah, occupied Palestine — The head of the Palestinian Prisoner’s Society (PPS), Abdullah Al-Zighari, said that the decision by the Israeli occupation authorities to renew the state of emergency in prisons constitutes an official cover for the continuation of the crime of systematic genocide against Palestinian political prisoners and detainees. This is carried out through entrenching a system of policies and practices aimed at the immediate and slow deliberate killing of prisoners, keeping prisons as arenas of torture, starvation, medical crimes, practices of plunder and deprivation, and grave, systematic violations of human dignity.

Al-Zighari added that this decision means an increase in the killing of prisoners inside prisons, in light of the structural and systematic failure of the international human rights system to fulfill its legal obligations, and its failure to take deterrent measures that would compel the occupying state to halt its policies of brutality and collective punishment, including the serious crimes committed against Palestinian prisoners.

He pointed out that the period following the announcement of the “ceasefire,” witnessed an unprecedented escalation in repression, including the use of prohibited weapons in the torture of prisoners, among them electric shock weapons.

He also noted that the continuation of policies of plunder and deprivation, alongside severe overcrowding in cells—which reached 91% according to the occupation authorities’ own admission—has led to a widespread outbreak of scabies, infecting thousands of prisoners and resulting in the deaths of a number of them.

Al-Zighari affirmed that more than 100 Palestinian prisoners and detainees have been killed within the prison system since the start of the Gaza genocide. Human rights institutions have been able to identify 87 of them, while dozens of martyrs among Gaza detainees remain held under the crime of enforced disappearance, in a flagrant violation of international humanitarian law and the Geneva Conventions.

He renewed his call on the international community to take immediate and tangible measures, foremost among them compelling the occupation authorities to allow the International Committee of the Red Cross to visit prisoners without restrictions and enabling their families to visit them, in addition to activating all international accountability mechanisms, including investigation and prosecution, in order to halt the ongoing crime of genocide inside Israeli prisons.
