🔴 بعد الإفراج عنه بثلاثة أيام من سجون الاحتلال… الصحفي مجاهد بني مفلح يتعرّض لنزيف دماغي ونادي الأسير يحمّل الاحتلال المسؤولية

حمّل نادي الأسير الفلسطيني سلطات الاحتلال الإسرائيلي المسؤولية الكاملة والمباشرة عن الحالة الصحية الخطيرة التي تعرّض لها الصحفي مجاهد بني مفلح من بلدة بيتا/نابلس، بعد أن أُفرج عنه وهو يحمل آثار التعذيب، والجرائم الطبية، والتجويع، قبل أن يتعرّض لانتكاسة صحية حادة بعد ثلاثة أيام فقط من الإفراج عنه، تمثلت بإصابته بنزيف دماغي استدعى إجراء عملية جراحية عاجلة فجر اليوم الخميس. 

وأكد نادي الأسير أنّ ما تعرّض له بني مفلح ليس حالة فردية، بل جريمة جديدة تضاف إلى سجل منظومة السجون الإسرائيلية، التي تحوّلت منذ بدء جريمة الإبادة الجماعية بحق شعبنا إلى أدوات قتل بطيء، تقوم على التعذيب الممنهج، والجرائم الطبية، وسياسات التنكيل الشامل.

وشدّد نادي الأسير على أنّ غالبية الأسرى المفرج عنهم يخرجون من السجون وهم يعانون من أوضاع صحية ونفسية كارثية، في ظلّ آثار تعذيب ممنهج ومركّب مارسته إدارة السجون على مدار فترات اعتقالهم، ما يجعل الاحتلال مسؤولًا بشكل كامل عن أي تدهور صحي لاحق أو حالات وفاة محتملة.

وأشار نادي الأسير إلى أنّ الصحفيين كانوا وما زالوا من أكثر الفئات استهدافًا، عبر حملات اعتقال انتقامية وممنهجة، إلى جانب عمليات اغتيال مباشرة بلغت ذروتها تاريخيًا في سياق جريمة الإبادة الجماعية المستمرة.

وذكر نادي الأسير أنّ عدد حالات الاعتقال في صفوف الصحفيين بلغ (217) حالة منذ بدء حرب الإبادة، في مؤشر خطير على سياسة الاحتلال الهادفة إلى إسكات الحقيقة، وقمع الرواية الفلسطينية بالقوة والعنف.

Ramallah, occupied  Palestine — The Palestinian Prisoner’s Society held the Israeli occupation authorities fully and directly responsible for the serious health condition suffered by journalist Mujahid Bani Mifleh from the town of Beita/Nablus, after he was released bearing signs of torture, medical abuse, and starvation. Just three days after his release, he suffered a severe health setback in the form of a cerebral hemorrhage, which required urgent surgical intervention at dawn today, Thursday.

The PPS affirmed that what Mujahid endured is not an isolated case, but a new crime added to the record of the Israeli prison system, which—since the start of the crime of genocide against our people—has been transformed into instruments of slow killing, based on systematic torture, medical crimes, and policies of comprehensive abuse.

The PPS stressed that the majority of released detainees leave prisons suffering from catastrophic physical and psychological conditions, as a result of systematic and compounded torture practiced by prison administrations throughout their periods of detention, making the occupation fully responsible for any subsequent health deterioration or potential deaths.

The PPS pointed out that journalists have been—and continue to be—among the most targeted groups, through retaliatory and systematic arrest campaigns, in addition to direct assassinations that have reached a historic peak in the context of the ongoing crime of genocide.

The PPS stated that the number of arrests among journalists has reached 217 cases since the start of the war of genocide, a dangerous indicator of the occupation’s policy aimed at silencing the truth and suppressing the Palestinian narrative through force and violence.
