رام الله – أصدرت سلطات الاحتلال الإسرائيلي أمر اعتقال إداري بحقّ المعتقل الجريح خالد محمد الفسفوس(37 عاماً) من مدينة دورا/الخليل، لمدة ستة أشهر، علمًا أنه أسير سابق تعرّض للاعتقال مرارًا، وأمضى سنوات في سجون الاحتلال جلّها رهن الاعتقال الإداريّ.

وأوضحت هيئة شؤون الأسرى والمحررين ونادي الأسير الفلسطيني، في بيان مشترك، أنّ قوات الاحتلال أقدمت على إطلاق النار على المعتقل الفسفوس لحظة اقتحام منزله واعتقاله بتاريخ 15/1/2026 والتنكيل به، ما أدى إلى إصابته برصاصتين في قدميه، قبل أن يجري نقله إلى مستشفى “سوروكا” الإسرائيلي، حيث لا يزال محتجزًا، علماً أنه متزوج وهو أب لثلاثة من الأطفال وينتظر طفله الرابع. 

وأضافت المؤسستان أنّه جرت محاولة لزيارة المعتقل الفسفوس في المستشفى، إلا أنّ الزيارة لم تتم بعدما أبلغ المحامي بإصابته “بفيروس” وفرض العزل عليه، في ظل غياب أي معلومات واضحة حول وضعه الصحي وظروف احتجازه.

ويُشار إلى أنّ المعتقل الفسفوس ينتمي إلى عائلة تعرّض أفرادها لعمليات اعتقال متكررة على مدار سنوات، إذ اعتُقل جميع أشقائه، ومن بينهم شقيقه حسن الفسفوس المعتقل إدارياً حتى اليوم منذ أكثر من عام. 

وأكدت الهيئة والنادي أنّ تحويل المعتقل الفسفوس إلى الاعتقال الإداري يشكّل جريمة مركّبة، تبدأ بإطلاق النار عليه وإصابته، ولا تنتهي بتحويله لاحقًا إلى الاعتقال الإداري التعسفي. 

ويأتي ذلك في سياق سياسة ممنهجة تطال آلاف المعتقلين الإداريين في سجون الاحتلال، حيث بلغ عددهم حتى بداية شهر كانون الثاني/يناير الجاري (3385) معتقلاً، من بينهم نساء وأطفال، بما يشكّل نحو 36% من إجمالي عدد الأسرى، في تصاعد غير مسبوق تاريخيًا، لم تشهده المراحل السابقة، التي سبقت جريمة الإبادة الجماعية. 

وفي هذا الإطار، حمّلت هيئة شؤون الأسرى ونادي الأسير سلطات الاحتلال المسؤولية الكاملة عن مصير المعتقل الفسفوس، وعن حياة آلاف الأسرى والمعتقلين، الذين يواجهون جرائم منظمة، تتصدرها سياسات التعذيب الممنهج، والتجويع، والحرمان من الرعاية الطبية، والاحتجاز في ظروف قاسية وحاطة بالكرامة الإنسانية، والتي أدت إلى استشهاد ما يزيد عن مئة أسير ومعتقل منذ بدء جريمة الإبادة.

🔴 Shot, Arrested, and Detained: IOF Holds Palestinian in Hospital Without Charge or Trial

Ramallah, occupied Palestine – Israeli occupation forces have issued a six-month detention order without trial or charge against a 37-year-old Palestinian man they shot and wounded during his arrest on January 15, 2026 in the occupied West Bank, the Commission of Detainees’ Affairs and the Palestinian Prisoner’s Society (PPS) said on Wednesday. 

Khaled Mohammad al-Fasfous, from the town of Dura in Hebron, is a former prisoner who has been arrested multiple times and has spent years behind bars, most of them without trial or charge, under “administration detention.” 

Occupation forces opened fire on Fasfous during a raid on his home, shooting him twice in the legs, and assaulting him. He was subsequently transferred to the occupation’s Soroka Hospital, where he remains detained. Al-Fasfous is married, a father of three children, and is awaiting the birth of his fourth child.

The Commission and the PPS added that an attempt was made for a lawyer to visit al-Fasfous in the hospital; however, the visit was denied after the lawyer was informed that the detainee had been infected with a “virus” and was forced into isolation, amid a complete lack of clear information regarding his health condition and the circumstances of his detention.

It is worth noting that al-Fasfous comes from a family whose members have been subjected to repeated arrests over the years. All of his brothers have been detained, including his brother Hassan al-Fasfous, who has been held under “administrative detention” for more than a year to date.

The Commission and the PPS affirmed that transferring al-Fasfous to “administrative detention” constitutes a compound crime—one that began with shooting and wounding him and did not end with his subsequent placement under arbitrary detention.

This comes within the framework of systematic policies targeting thousands of administrative detainees in occupation prisons. As of the beginning of January, the number of Palestinians from the occupied West Bank and Jerusalem held without trial or charge has reached 3,385 detainees, including women and children, constituting approximately 36 percent of the total prisoner population—an unprecedented historical escalation. 

In this context, the Commission and the PPS hold occupation authorities fully responsible for the fate of detainee al-Fasfous and for the lives of thousands of Palestinian political prisoners who are subjected to organized crimes, foremost among them systematic torture, starvation, denial of medical care, and detention under harsh and degrading conditions—practices that have led to the martyrdom of more than 100 Palestinian prisoners since the onset of the crime of genocide in Gaza.
