🔴 استشهاد الأسير المحرر خالد الصيفي بعد أسبوع من الإفراج عنه بوضع صحي خطير من سجون الاحتلال الإسرائيلي

استُشهد الأسير المحرر خالد الصيفي (67 عامًا) من مخيم الدهيشة/بيت لحم، بعد أسبوع من الإفراج عنه من "عيادة سجن الرملة" وهو في وضع صحي بالغ الخطورة. وكان الشهيد قد أمضى في اعتقاله الإداري الأخير أربعة أشهر، علمًا أن الاحتلال اعتقله إداريًا مرتين منذ بدء جريمة الإبادة الجماعية، رغم كِبَر سنّه وحاجته الماسّة للرعاية الطبية والعلاج.

ومنذ الإفراج عنه، رقد الشهيد في مستشفى الاستشاري بوضع صحي حرج، نتيجة ما تعرّض له من تعذيب وتنكيل وتجويع وحرمان من العلاج داخل سجون الاحتلال؛ في جريمة جديدة تضاف إلى سجلّ جرائم الإعدام البطيء التي تُمارَسها منظومة سجون الاحتلال بحق الأسرى والمعتقلين.

تحمّل هيئة شؤون الأسرى ونادي الأسير الفلسطيني الاحتلالَ المسؤوليةَ الكاملة عن استشهاد خالد الصيفي، مؤكدين أنّ تصفيته تمت عبر سياسة الاعتقال الإداري التعسفي والحرمان من العلاج.

🔴 Elderly Palestinian Political Prisoner Martyred One Week After Release In Critical Health Condition 

Commission of Detainees’ Affairs & the Palestinian Prisoner’s Society

Ramallah, occupied Palestine - A 67-year-old Palestinian political prisoner, Khaled al-Saifi, has been martyred one week after his release from Israeli occupation prisons in critical health condition, the Commission of Detainees’ Affairs and the Palestinian Prisoner’s Society (PPS) said Monday evening. 

Since his release from the “Ramla Prison Clinic”, al-Saifi was hospitalized at the Istishari Hospital in Ramallah in critical condition due to the torture, mistreatment, starvation, and denial of medical care that he endured inside the occupation’s prisons. 

He was held behind bars for four months without any trial or charges, under “administrative detention.” Prior to his last detention, he had also been held twice under “administrative detention”  since the onset of the genocide in Gaza, despite his old age and his urgent need for medical care. 

The Commission of Detainees’ Affairs and the Palestinian Prisoner’s Society hold the occupation fully responsible for the martyrdom of Khaled al-Saifi, affirming that his killing occurred through the policy of arbitrary “administrative detention” and systematic denial of medical care. His killing forms a new crime added to the record of slow-execution crimes practiced by the occupation prison system against Palestinian political prisoners.
