🔴 الاحتلال يصعّد استهداف النساء بالاعتقال... و"التحريض" الذريعة الأبرز لاعتقالهن

أعلن نادي الأسير الفلسطيني أنّ سلطات الاحتلال الإسرائيلي اعتقلت عشر نساء، بينهن طفلة، خلال أيام،  وحوّلت بعضهنّ إلى التحقيق، ليرتفع عدد الأسيرات في سجون الاحتلال إلى (66) أسيرة، بينهن ثلاث طفلات.

وأضاف النادي أنّ الاحتلال يواصل استهداف النساء بشكل غير مسبوق منذ بدء جريمة الإبادة، حيث سُجّلت أكثر من 680 حالة اعتقال في صفوف النساء، علماً أنّ هذا الرقم لا يشمل اللواتي اعتُقلن من قطاع غزة، ويُقدَّر عددهن بالعشرات.

وأشار نادي الأسير إلى أنّ "التهمة" الأبرز الموجّهة ضدّ النساء هي "التحريض" عبر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، وهو ادعاء فضفاض يستخدمه الاحتلال لتوسيع دائرة الاعتقالات وفرض مزيد من الرقابة والسيطرة، بتحويل مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي إلى أداة قمع، لكل من يحاول أن يعبر عن رأيه، ليشكّل شكلاً آخر من أشكال الاعتقال الإداري التعسفي، الذي يشكل كذلك الذريعة الثانية لاعتقال الأسيرات تحت ذريعة وجود "ملف السرّي".

وبيّن النادي أنّ غالبية الأسيرات يقبعن في سجن "الدامون"، فيما تُحتجز أخريات في مراكز التحقيق والتوقيف، حيث يواجهن ظروفاً اعتقالية مأساوية، ويتعرضن لمختلف أشكال الانتهاكات وعمليات السلب والحرمان الممنهجة.

كما وثّقت المؤسسات الحقوقية انتهاكات غير مسبوقة بحق الأسيرات منذ لحظة الاعتقال، مروراً بفترة التحقيق، ثم نقلهن مؤقتاً إلى سجن "هشارون"، وصولاً إلى احتجازهن في "الدامون"، حيث يعانين من التجويع، والقمع، والاعتداءات بكافة أشكالها، ويُحرمن من أطفالهن وعائلاتهن بفعل سياسة منع الزيارة، ما فاقم معاناتهن النفسية، لا سيما اللواتي يحتجن إلى رعاية صحية خاصة، علماً أن من بين الأسيرات، أسيرتين يعانين من الإصابة بالسرطان. 

وأشار نادي الأسير إلى أنّ من أبرز السياسات التي مارستها منظومة السجون، بحق الأسيرات منذ بدء الإبادة: التعذيب، والتنكيل، والإذلال الممنهج، والتفتيش العاري كواحد من أبرز أساليب الاعتداءات الجنسية، والعزل، واستخدامهن رهائن للضغط على عائلاتهن، إضافة إلى الحرمان من العلاج.

Ramallah, occupied Palestine – Israeli occupation forces have arrested at least 10 Palestinian women over the past six days alone, including one minor, across the occupied West Bank, the Palestinian Prisoner’s Society (PPS) said Thursday. This brings the total number of Palestinian women and girls in Israeli occupation prisons to 66 people, including three minors. 

The occupation has been targeting women in an unprecedented manner since the start of the ongoing genocide in Gaza, with over 680 cases of women being arrested recorded from October 2023 onwards. This figure does not include those arrested from the occupied Gaza Strip, which is estimated in the dozens.

The PPS pointed out that the most common “charge” against women in the occupation’s military prison system, is “incitement” via social media, a vague and arbitrary order used by the occupation to expand the scope of arrests and impose more surveillance and control, turning social media into a tool of repression for anyone expressing their opinion. This also represents a form of arbitrary administrative detention, which is another pretext used to detain women under the claim of a “secret file.”

The PPS stated that most female prisoners are held in Damon prison, while others are kept in interrogation and detention centers, where they face tragic detention conditions and are subjected to various forms of physical assault, violations, deprivation, and systematic abuse.

Palestinian human rights organizations have documented unprecedented violations against female prisoners from the moment of arrest, through the interrogation period, temporary transfer to Hasharon prison, and finally detention in Damon prison. They suffer from starvation, repression, various forms of assault, and are denied contact with their children and families due to visitation bans, worsening their psychological suffering. Some require special medical care, including two prisoners currently suffering from cancer.

The PPS also noted that the prison system has systematically employed policies against female prisoners since the beginning of this genocide, including: torture, abuse, humiliation, forced naked searches as a form of sexual assault, isolation, using them as hostages to pressure their families, and denial of medical treatment.
