⭕️ في إطار تسليط الضوء على أوضاع الأسيرات في سجون الاحتلال، يستعرض نادي الأسير قضية الأسيرة فداء عساف من قلقيلية

الأسيرة فداء عساف (49 عامًا) من قلقيلية، معتقلة منذ شهر شباط/فبراير 2025، على خلفية ما يدعيه الاحتلال “بالتحريض”.

الأسيرة عساف تعاني من سرطان الدم، وتم اكتشاف المرض قبل شهرين من اعتقالها، وبعد اعتقالها تدهورت حالتها الصحية بشكل مستمر بسبب ظروف السجن القاسية وافتقادها للرعاية الطبية اللازمة. وقد أظهرت الفحوص الحديثة في مستشفيات الاحتلال أنّ المرض وصل إلى مرحلة أصعب مما كان عليه قبل الاعتقال، وتحتاج إلى علاج مضاعف وعاجل.

ورغم حالتها الصحية الحرجة، ما زالت الأسيرة عساف معتقلة، وتواجه انتهاكات متعددة داخل السجون، تشمل التجويع، التعذيب النفسي والجسدي، الإذلال، والإهمال الطبي المتعمد، إضافة إلى الاحتجاز في ظروف اعتقالية قاسية ومهينة.

وبيّن نادي الأسير أنّ غالبية الأسيرات يقبعن في سجن “الدامون”، فيما تُحتجز أخريات في مراكز التحقيق والتوقيف، حيث يواجهن ظروفاً اعتقالية مأساوية، ويتعرضن لمختلف أشكال الانتهاكات وعمليات السلب والحرمان الممنهجة.

وأشار النادي إلى أنّ من أبرز السياسات التي مارستها منظومة السجون بحق الأسيرات منذ بدء الإبادة: التعذيب، التنكيل، الإذلال الممنهج، التفتيش العاري كواحد من أبرز أساليب الاعتداءات الجنسية، العزل، استخدامهن رهائن للضغط على عائلاتهن، إضافة إلى الحرمان من العلاج، ويبلغ عدد الأسيرات اليوم 70، بينهم ثلاث طفلات.

At least 70 Palestinian women, including three minors, are currently held behind the Israeli occupation’s bars in difficult conditions. One of them is Fidaa Assaf (49 years old) from Qalqilya in the northern occupied West Bank. She had been in prison since February 2025 on charges of “incitement,” as claimed by the Israeli occupation authorities.

Assaf suffers from leukemia, which she was diagnosed with two months before her arrest. Her health has steadily deteriorated since her detention due to harsh prison conditions and the lack of necessary medical care. Recent tests conducted in hospitals have revealed that her condition has progressed significantly, requiring urgent and intensive treatment.

Despite her critical health condition, Assaf remains imprisoned and faces numerous violations within the prisons, including starvation, psychological and physical torture, humiliation, deliberate medical neglect, and detention in harsh and degrading conditions.

The Palestinian Prisoner’s Society stated that the majority of female prisoners are held in Damon Prison, while others are detained in interrogation and detention centers, where they face appalling conditions and are subjected to various forms of abuse, systematic deprivation, and theft.

The PPS indicated that among the most prominent policies practiced by the prison system against female prisoners since the beginning of the occupation are: torture, ill-treatment, systematic humiliation, strip searches (a form of sexual assault), solitary confinement, using them as hostages to pressure their families, and denial of medical treatment.
