🔴 بعد اعتقاله مصاباً بجروح خطيرة وإصدار قرار بالإفراج عنه.. استشهاد الشاب قصي ريان في مستشفى "بلنسون" الإسرائيلي

رام الله –أعلنت هيئة شؤون الأسرى والمحررين ونادي الأسير الفلسطيني، عن استشهاد الشاب قصي إبراهيم علي ريان (29 عاماً) من بلدة قراوة بني حسان، في مستشفى "بلنسون" الإسرائيلي، متأثراً بجراح خطيرة أُصيب بها جراء إطلاق النار عليه، قبل أن يُعتقل لاحقاً على يد جيش الاحتلال الإسرائيلي بتاريخ 15 نيسان/ أبريل 2026، مع وجود معطيات تفيد بأن ريان وهو أب لطفة، أطلق الرصاص عليه من قبل مستعمرين.

وبيّنت الهيئة والنادي، في بيان مشترك، أنّ الاحتلال ادّعى في بداية اعتقال ريان أنّه حاول تنفيذ عملية طعن، وجرى تمديد اعتقاله لمدة ثمانية أيام. وفي حينه، طالب المحامي بتقديم توضيحات كاملة حول وضعه الصحي، الذي بدا بالغ الخطورة، وذلك بعد إظهاره عبر تقنية الفيديو "كونفرنس"، إثر مطالبات متكررة من المحامي برؤيته، خاصة بعدما أُبلغ بأنّه فاقد للوعي ويخضع لأجهزة التنفس الاصطناعي.

وفي الجلسة التالية، أبلغت المحكمة محامي الهيئة بعدم وجود طلب جديد لتمديد اعتقاله، وبأن هناك قراراً بالإفراج عنه، إلا أنّ وضعه الصحي الحرج استدعى إبقاءه في المستشفى، كما وأكد المحامي المتابع لقضيته، أنه وفي ضوء الجهود لمعرفة ظروف اعتقاله، ووضعه الصحي، وبعد تواصل مع المستشفى تبين أن ما تسمى بالعاملة الاجتماعية التي من المفترض أن تتواصل مع عائلته ليس لديها علم عن حالة ريان.

وأكدت هيئة الأسرى ونادي الأسير أنّ الادعاءات التي قدّمتها نيابة الاحتلال في بداية اعتقاله، والمتمثلة بنيته تنفيذ عملية طعن، هي ادعاءات باطلة وغير صحيحة، خاصة أنّ نيابة الاحتلال كانت، في حالات مشابهة، تصرّ على استمرار الاعتقال، ما يعني أنّ ريان تعرّض للقتل بدم بارد، استناداً إلى مزاعم وادعاءات زائفة.

وأضافت المؤسستان أنّ هذه الجريمة تأتي في سياق الجرائم المتواصلة التي ارتكبها الاحتلال بحق أبناء الشعب الفلسطيني في أعقاب جريمة الإبادة الجماعية، في مختلف الجغرافيات الفلسطينية، بما فيها عمليات الإعدام الميداني التي لم تتوقف، بل تصاعدت في الضفة الغربية، في ظل ممارسات المستعمرين (المستوطنين) الذين تحولوا إلى أداة مركزية  لقتل الفلسطينيين، إلى جانب قوات جيش الاحتلال الإسرائيلي التي توفر لهم الغطاء الكامل.

وأشارت المؤسستان إلى وجود مئات الجرحى المعتقلين الذين ارتفعت أعدادهم في أعقاب جريمة الإبادة الجماعية، حيث يواصل الاحتلال اعتقالهم واحتجازهم في ظروف قاهرة ومأساوية، ويتعرضون، كسائر الأسرى، لجرائم ممنهجة تشكل وجها آخر من أوجه الإبادة.

وحمّلت الهيئة والنادي سلطات الاحتلال الإسرائيلي المسؤولية الكاملة عن استشهاد قصي ريان، وجددتا مطالبتهما للمؤسسات الحقوقية الدولية بوقف حالة العجز، ووضع حد لحالة التواطؤ القائمة إزاء استمرار النهج الإبادي بحق الشعب الفلسطيني، بما في ذلك عمليات الإعدام والقتل الميداني التي تحولت إلى سياسة تُمارس يومياً، إلى جانب التدخل العاجل لوقف الجرائم المرتكبة بحق الأسرى في سجون الاحتلال الإسرائيلي.
 

🔴Wounded, Arrested and Now a Martyr: Young Palestinian Political Detainee Succumbs to IOF Gunshot Wounds; Authorities Refused to Release Him Despite Court Order

Ramallah, occupied Palestine — The Commission of Detainees’ Affairs and the Palestinian Prisoners’ Society (PPS) announce the martyrdom of Qusai Ibrahim Ali Rayan (29 years old), from the town of Qarawat Bani Hassan, in the occupation’s Beilinson Hospital, after succumbing to severe injuries sustained when he was shot before later being arrested by the Israeli occupation army on April 15, 2026. 

Information indicates that Rayan, who was the father of a young child, was shot by armed settler militias. 

In a joint statement, the Commission and the PPS explained that at the start of Rayan’s detention, occupation authorities claimed that he had attempted to carry out a stabbing operation. His detention was extended for eight days. At the time, the lawyer demanded full clarification regarding his health condition, which appeared extremely critical, after he was shown via video conference following repeated requests by the lawyer to see him, especially after being informed that he was unconscious and on artificial ventilation.

During the following court session, the court informed the Commission’s lawyer that there was no new request to extend his detention and that a decision had been made to release him. However, his critical medical condition required him to remain hospitalized. The lawyer handling the case also confirmed that, amid efforts to learn more about the circumstances of his arrest and his medical condition, contact with the hospital revealed that the so-called social worker who was supposed to communicate with his family had no information about Rayan’s condition.

The Commission and the PPS affirmed that the allegations presented by the occupation prosecution at the start of his detention — namely, that he intended to carry out a stabbing — were false and unfounded, particularly since in similar cases the occupation prosecution usually insists on continued detention. This, they said, indicates that Rayan was killed in cold blood and executed based on false claims and allegations.

The two institutions added that this crime comes within the context of the ongoing crimes committed by the occupation against the Palestinian people in the aftermath of the genocide, across various Palestinian regions, including field executions that have not ceased but rather intensified in the West Bank, amid practices by settlers who have become a central tool in the killing of Palestinians, alongside Israeli occupation forces that provide them with full protection.

The institutions also pointed to the existence of hundreds of wounded detainees whose numbers have increased following the genocide, noting that the occupation continues to detain and hold them in harsh and tragic conditions. They are subjected, like other prisoners, to systematic abuses that constitute another aspect of the genocide.

The Commission and the PPS hold the Israeli occupation authorities fully responsible for the death of Qusai Rayan and renewed their call on international human rights organizations to end the state of paralysis and complicity regarding the genocidal policies against the Palestinian people, including field executions and killings that have become a daily practice, as well as urgent intervention to stop the crimes committed against prisoners in Israeli occupation prisons.
